Commerce5 uses the following custom order statuses in Magento 2 to track the progress of an order in Magento.
- In CPSQL
- Confirmed Cancel
- Needs Attention
The following steps will show you how to create these custom order statuses and assign them to an order state.
Go to: Stores>Settings>Order Status
In CPSQL: This status indicates that the order has been successfully imported to Counterpoint
Confirmed Cancelled: This status indicates that the order has been successfully canceled in both Magento and Counterpoint
Needs Attention: This status indicates that the manual intervention is required to review and reconcile a discrepancy between Counterpoint and Magento
Completing: This status indicates that the order has been completed in Magento, but has not been imported to Counterpoint
Now that the custom order statuses have been created in Magento they will need to be assigned to an order state
Note: Make sure you flag the order status as "Visible on Storefront"
