When adding images for products to show on the website, Commerce5 will automatically upload all images within a specified folder (usually \TopLevel\Company\Configuration\ItemImages). By default, if no image is specified in the Image File field in the item record, Commerce5 will look for an image named like "Itemnumber.jpg" in the images folder to use as the product image.
If desired, the Image File field in the item record can be used to override the default image.
As part of Commerce5's data cleanup tools, the Items with Invalid Image form will identify items that have an invalid name specified in the image file field.
The image file field must include .jpg or .png and will identify any products with an invalid or missing file extension.
