Supported NCR Counterpoint and Magento Versions

Commerce5 - Magento 1 integration supports:

NCR Counterpoint version 8.4.6+

Magento Community Edition: 1.7.0.1, 1.7.0.2, 1.8, 1.9

Magento Enterprise Edition: 1.12, 1.13, 1.14

How to Check Your NCR Counterpoint Version:

Navigate to Setup\System\Views\Environment Settings within your NCR Counterpoint system

How to Check Your Magento Version:

Using your store’s admin credentials, login to the admin panel of your Magento store.
Once you have successfully logged in, on your stores main admin dashboard page scroll to the very bottom
