This section will cover how to troubleshoot common customer data errors. Common errors include missing first name, missing last name, duplicate accounts, and invalid email.
1: log in to the iPaaS.com portal (https://portal.ipaas.com/u/login)
2: Select Company from User Dashboard. (If you already see the company dashboard, skip this step.)
3: Expand Menu.
4: Select “Integration Monitoring and Diagnostics”.
5: Select “Error Logs”.
6: Copy the 6-digit number in the webhook info of the error (see screenshot below).
7: Select “Data Management” from the menu.
8: Select “Customers”.
9: Navigate to a random customer.
10: Select edit button.
11: Navigate to the web browser URL box.
12: Delete and switch the 6 digit number at the end of the URL with the 6 digits that you copied from the error message.
13: Click enter on the keyboard.
14: This will take you the customer with BC/Magento requirement issues.
15: Repeat steps 4-14 for the other errors.
