There may be instances where it is necessary to resend an order hook / order data to iPaaS.com

Including but not limited to the following events:

  1.  eCommerce platform order webhook not firing
  2.  Connection issues with the eCommerce API
  3.  Connection issue between iPaaS.com and one of your integrations


The current eCommerce platforms being used in production iPaaS.com are BigCommerce and Magento 2



To retry an order hook in BigCommerce, you will simply change the order status to any other status besides its current state, and then back to the original status:








To retry an order hook in Magento 2, you will need to submit an order comment on the specific order within the Magento admin (the comment box will need to include some sort of text; e.g., "retry" and then one can click "Submit Comment"):
