This process is used to add a location to iPaaS.com integration platform from Counterpoint. This is used to add/include a new or not-previously-used location. This process assumes you have already added the location to Counterpoint.


  1. Verify location is in Counterpoint.
    1. In SQL Server Management Studio, run the following script:
      select loc_id, descr from im_loc
    2. Verify the desired location is listed here.
    3. Record the LOC_ID for later in this process.
  2. Verify location is in iPaaS.com.
    1. Go to DATA MANAGEMENT > LOCATIONS:
  3. In iPaaS.com, add location to Counterpoint inventory mappings.
    1. Go to SUBSCRIPTIONS MANAGEMENT > COUNTERPOINT > MANAGE MAPPINGS:
    2. Find the group "PRODUCT" and expand by clicking the + sign:
    3. In the line "Product Inventory", click the Edit button:
    4. In the mapping filter field, add the new loc_ID:
      becomes
    5. Click the "Apply" button:
    6. Repeat these steps for "Product Variant Inventory" by first expanding "Product Variant" inside "Product":
