This section will explain how product data will flows to a client's CP system. When a Customer creates an account or signs in during checkout, BigCommerce's API separates the order and customer info into 2 different API calls.
If the data is processed correctly, the customer info will appear in iPaaS.com in "Data Management" Area under the "Customer" section. This is list of all Customer Accounts in the system:
If the customer has an account in the CP system, CP will use the existing account. Otherwise, CP will create a new account for the user.
Note: if user checkouts as guest CP will revert to the default customer specified in the web store. This is because if the user opts out of signing-in/creating a account at checkout, the customer API call is not made.
