This section will cover how to push existing gift card data to iPaaS.com. First, we need to verify GC data is coming through from "iPaaS.com"
1. Open "Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio".
2. Point Object Explorer to "CounterPoint" Database.
3. Create a new query.
4. In new query, type in Select * From USR_CPHIVE_SUBSCRIPTION.
5. Verify if "giftcard/created" and "giftcard/updated" is marked as "Y".
Next, we need to verify GC data is coming through from "Counterpoint".
1. Create a new query.
2. In new query, type in "Select * From "SY_GFC" or "SY_STC" if you create gift cards as store credit.
3. Copy a "GFC_NO" or "STC_NO" if you create gift cards as store credit.
4. Type in "UPDATE SY_GFC SET LST_MAINT_DT = LST_MAINT_DT WHERE GFC_NO ='INSERT GFC_NO' " or "UPDATE SY_STC SET LST_MAINT_DT = LST_MAINT_DT WHERE STC_NO ='INSERT GFC_NO' " if you are creating gift cards as store credit.
5. Select Execute.
6. If you navigate to "Gift Card" area under "Data Management in IPaaS.com, You should see the gift card you pushed.
Finally, you will need to push the remaining gift card data.
1. Type in "UPDATE SY_GFC SET LST_MAINT_DT = LST_MAINT_DT "Or "UPDATE SY_STC SET LST_MAINT_DT = LST_MAINT_DT WHERE GFC_COD ='INSERT GIFT CARD PAY_COD(EXAMPLE:GC)' " if you are creating gift cards as credit.
2. Execute Query.
3. The Data will eventually all appear in iPaaS.com in the "Gift Card" area under" Data Management".
